Punjab Wide Area Network (PAWAN) Project
The State Government has already established Punjab State Wide Area Network (PAWAN) vertical connectivity to act as an intra-government network with 16 Mbps connectivity from the State Hqrs to 22 District Hqrs and 2/4 Mbps from District Headquarter to Block Hqrs. 193 Point of Presence (PoPs) upto Block level has been connected to the PAWAN.

e-Sewa
- e-Sewa is the software that is used to deliver services in Sewa Kendras. The complete software has been developed in-house by the Software Cell established in the Punjab State e-Governance Society (PSeGS).
- The software is still in development stage in which services are being added regularly.

eoffice
The eOffice product aims to support governance by ushering in more effective and transparent inter and intra-government processes. The vision of e-Office is to achieve a simplified, responsive, effective and transparent working of all government offices. The Open Architecture on which eOffice has been built, makes it a reusable framework and a standard reusable product amenable to replication across the governments, at the central, state and district levels. The product brings together the independent functions and systems under a single framework. Presently eOffice is being implemented in all the districts of Punjab simultaneously.

Video Conference
Video Conferencing Facility started in District Fazilka in January 2012. This brings the decision makers and action takers together, face to face, wherever they are across the country and around the Globe. Experts from remote locations can interact with each other in real time interactive mode. By providing strong channels of visual, graphical and multimedia communication, video-conferencing opens new vistas of functioning of government and service delivery mechanism is enabled for various sectors of Indian economy.
Department of Governance Reforms also conducting the video conferencing sessions related with the RTI cases of SICP (State Information Commission of Punjab).

Public Grievance Redressal Portal
Grievance Redressal system is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime to State Departments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.
