Important Instructions
- Data should be entered carefully, completely, and correctly in all the fields.
- It is the responsibility of the Head of the department/office to submit the complete/accurate data of all the employee on this portal in all respects.
- Data should be finalized only after the complete data entered on the portal in all respects and then print the undertaking certificate and employee checklist with each page signed and stamped.
- Declaration Certificate should be signed and stamped by Head of the Department.
- Relevant Supporting documents (signed and stamped by Head of the Department) of the employees those are marked during data entries as Disable /Pregnancy /Lactating woman /On Long leave/BLO/medical certificate of very Chronic Patients etc should also be submitted along with Undertaking and checklist .
- Data of class 4 Employees (Peon/Sweeper/Beldar/Mali / drivers/security guards etc ) should not be entered on the portal.
